Wanted: 1991 Tilt Steering Column Complete or Ignition Cylinder

Hi All.

I am in need of an Ignition cylinder. My steering wheel is locked and the key will not turn at all.

I will buy either a full complete tilt steering column in good working order complete with operational Ignition and keys.

Or

Just an OEM Ignition cylinder with keys.

Must be OK with PayPal and be able to ship to NC 28216.
