My 92 Berretta GT 3.1 has heat @ the vents and the floor but not @ defrost vent.

Its killing me, Please help

Does it only blow to the floor when you change settings? The doors are controlled by vacuum. Listen for hissing and check the lines and diaframs for leaks.
