help wont go above 3200 R.P.M.
i have a 1990 beretta. 2.3/ H.O/ gtz/ 5 speed/ and it is  hard to start. and when it start. If you perss on the gas the rpm will go to 3200 im looking for a new 2.3 HO right now but if i can do something with this one i wood save some $ and this was rebelt 9200 and it has 140.000 on it now thank you

Could be lots of things. I'd start by looking for a big vacuum leak. Something like the brake booster or similar item. Then perhaps check to make sure the IAC is working and the TPS is good.

Yea Cliff you're right. I missread the part of pushing the gas and only going to 3200 RPM.
Might even be plugged exhaust.
