transmission problems
i am having problems with my car right now and i dont know what it is but i think its the transmission... i have a 1988 chevy beretta with an automatic transmission... the main problem for me right now is that when i drive my car off from or red light or when im turning its like the car goes into neutral for like a second and the engine just revs and rolls... then after i let off the gas and give it more gas it ok... it also does the rev thing when it switches gears... can anyone tell me what the problem is and how much its going to cost to fix it

Its probably your transmission either being low on fluid or its going out on you and it will need to be serviced by a knowledgable transmission technician

Pull out your tranny dip stick and give the fluid a sniff. If it's got a burnt smell, time for a rebuild/replacement.
Definitely sounds like it's slipping.
