'92 Beretta 2.2L w/5 spd manual tranny. Would like to swap gauge cluster from current setup to cluster w/tach. Does the wiring harness need to be changed for the new cluster to work properly?

Nope, any '91-'95 cluster should work just fine as long as it is from a 4-cylinder.
