I don't know what the member's name was, but he was going to put a 3.8 in. I think you have to relocate the mounts. It may end up to be too much work and money, but I don't know for sure. You could try a new post on it and see if you get more replies.

Hey man I found a place called Milzy Motorsports and they have a L82 for 400 bucks and a LG8 for 850. The price seems to low. Check them out, the engines were in the Do-it-yourself area. They also have 3400 stuff.

UPDATE TIME!!!!!!!

Ok my buddy came over today and we started into the project. Fun stuff actually. We got everything off and took out the old lifters. The hole where the pushrods go on the lifters were fairly deeper and more worn out than the new ones. And they rattled like crazy when you shake um. So we soaked the new ones in a tub o oil and packed some oil into them. Then we proceeded to get the wrong gasket on accident so we went back to get the actual one. Got that and installed it (my motor looks awesome on the inside btw, very clean and oily. No mayo in my engine!!!     ). Then we put on the lower intake and then my buddy had to go back home. I proceeded to change the spark plugs, and clean and put on the valve covers. Then I packed up and thats how she stands currently. I'm gonna finish tomorrow. It should purr like a kitten when I finish with it. Wish me luck!

SHE LIVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We got her put together and fixed and stuff. I Fixed my egr problem also. We took off the throttel body and found about a  kernel of corn sized chunk of carbon stuck in the egr passage. It was hard as a rock! No wonder it never worked lol.  I curently have no check engine lights or nothin on my car right now, I'm sooooooo happy with the outcome. Here's a video of when we were geting her running. I know the video if backwards (driver side is on wrong side) My camera is being retarded. Also yes it was warmed up when my buddy mat reved it so don't worry. Enjoy!

Sounds good, real good! Glad I was wrong! My EGR port was almost blocked, that stuff is hard to get off. I didn't post on that because you had bigger trouble to deal with first. I guess that would have been the only thing I would have helped with. It's great to hear the good news!

Thanks money pit, at the very least you've been giving moral support. I've been driving around and may i say WOW IS THIS BERETTA IS A BEAST!!!!!!!! She sounds throatier, feels like a rocket when you floor it and it's alot faster. Extra things i did= 180 degree thermostat, rapid fire plugs      good Duralast wires, and an air box mod. I left the bottom of the air box off and took the filter and taped it to the bottom with electrical tape. You can't even tell there's no bottom. Looks completely stock but has a BUTT TON more flow. Kinda like a CAI or WAI who knows but it helps in the beastly sound. I thought it was cool. I also found that a wire brush cleans off the plenum very well. Again I'm sooooooo happy. I can finally stop teasing ricers by revving and not racing. Now i can pummel them. Thanks again to all that helped!

I'll keep a eye out for a CAI, but it will take time (there is a lot of parts I need). I got my CAI from Tranzgenic, don't know if they are still around. Take care man, I'll be here.
