How much are you looking to change it from stock? In my experience (autocross) it is almost negligible to put negative camber in the rear because there isn't enough weight back there to see any gains at 60 mph and under. Just curious what you may be seeing (I assume circle track).

There are 4 bolts that hold the rear wheel bearings on the axle. Add metal or plastic shims under the bottom part of the bearing flange against the rear axle to add negative camber to the rear. You could also add some toe in to help "turn" the rear, but the car may not track straight. I doubt the tracking is very important for what you are doing. You want the car to turn left.... Measure tire temperatures to find the right setup.
