What do they mean?
What do the different symbols mean on the hvac controls?
B/L?
HTR? (i'm guessing heater but where does it blow?)
Blend?

What do they mean?
BL is bi-level, goes to the top and the bottom.
Blend is the same, but goes to the defrost and floor.
htr is heater and it goes to the floor.

What do they mean?
If you couldn't figure that out on your own I'm assuming your HVAC doesn't work or not all your vents do?
