your going to probably have to buy one out of a junkyard or off another member. No, I dont have one. I do have a 4T60-E sitting around though.

Great man, the more you know the better off you are. Sure would hate to hear that you lost money(you have spent so much already). Does the 3100 and the 3.4 have the same bolt pattern?

That is what people are saying.  I need to get this car done. And I think I am going to shut down the turbo idea.  For at least 2 years.  I am in the market of buying a house.  So I need to stop spending money on this car.  Kinda of poopy but I rather have a nice house than a fast car and no house.
I need a V6 Housing for a 282 tranny.

Just remember a house= no money for the build. I guess if you are going to make big bucks you won't have to deal with that. I'm poor so I have to think like that. It would be one less thing to worry about, if the build is done that is. On the other hand, I still think that the engine needs a stronger lower end and lower compression for the turbo. You could sure save money by not doing that and all the other stuff that goes with it. The car should be fun enough the way it is. You could go with P&P heads and good cam then quit.

Well I go into my house phase every month. This one looks like its about to be over.
I just don't want to be another person saying I am going to turbo and put it off for years and then might never do it.
But I am getting closer to getting the engine installed. I have a V6 Getrag 282 case on its way. I also got the 2 long bolts I needed for the AC bypass pully. I will prolly put those on tonight and also the belt. Depends on if I awake. I am going on 19 hours and have 5 more to go. Also it is so damn cold here in Iowa.
But I am going to make a topic in the wanted adds for my project and try to keep that updated!
I still need a throttle cable... I know I need to call that number and ask them if that is the right one.
And I broke the plastic part that is right under the heater core. So I need that. I really don't have to have those parts to get the car running but I would like them. I also need to pull the 2.2 Tranny out. I want to do that soon but like I said its just cold around here for some damn reason we are having a full winter.
Ill add more. Sorry for the paragraph but I am getting loopy

Engine looks almost too good. No NA tune? It has to be the turbo? I'm sure everybody will still support you if you don't do the turbo. Most people would be very happy with just the 3.4 as is. How about some MSD coils? I had some on the 90GT(I would give you mine, but the front end is so smashed that I think they were crushed). The only way to get the multi spark is to get the controler(500 bucks and the size of a amp). But the extra volts would help a NA or turbo set up. I have to start the 04 Cav build soon, I would be happy with my old 3.1, that Ecotec sucks.

I really want to hear a blowoff valve go off under my hood. But for now I have a huge project of doing the ODBII swap and trying to put an engine into a car that was never desgined to have. Once I get all that in and everything is running like I want it to, then I will look at the turbo setup and also engine rebuiled. and hopefully that will be within a month. I am waiting on the V6 case for the tranny. But like I said it so freaking cold outside. i still have to pull the old tranny out. I hope to have it out by friday. But right now my sleep sch. is way off. its 7 55 pm and I just woke up. And I totally missed class. We will see.
