12 is usually the number of things police need to file a harrasment charge. I'd say print them out and go into your local police station and see if you could talk to a detective. Worth a shot IMO.

I'm sorry to hear that you're being treated like that. It's a crappy feeling to be talked to in such away, and with your brothers passing, I can't even imagine.

I talked to an officer and he said there is a case and I need to print out all the stuff this guy has said to me and bring it into the police station.

good, I hope that guy goes down, there's no place in this world for someone who bashes for the sake of bashing, and ESPECIALLY bringing in emotional subjects like that. Good luck Jene.
