your getting tc chatter. your rpms are to low for it to tow its self when it locks in. thats why are you only get it at those speeds. just my 2 cents

That was one of the possible causes I was thinking of myself... and I think you're right, it does seem to be transmission related.

 thats about the only thing that would cuase a this to happen on what information you have given us. stick some lucas tranny fluid in it and see it that helps it and then sale it.

y'know.. it was warmer today, and that seems to have calmed it down a little. I may try some Lucas and see what happens.... I'm really not too worried about it anymore.
