How do you remove the quarter windows?
yep... they need to come out.
I have a '94 and it looks like they're clipped in and there's also a ton of window weld that appears to be sealing it all in.
Any tips for getting them out without ruining anything?

I would imagine that a peice of welding wire would be able to do the trick. Take all the trim off, then take the wire and feed it through till it's on the inside and outside. Then you on the outside and someone on the insidewiggle the wire back and forth to 'cut' the window weld.

That'll work. ^^ I was gonna say "very carefully" but figured you might not appreciate the humor right now Kyle. It's not that hard, do it Sousa's way, just CAREFULLY. GL.

How do you remove the quarter windows?
I like the idea of using a wire.
I tried heating up the window weld and I couldn't get it to budge. I think cutting it out should work though. I'll give it a shot tomorrow.
I also need to get the lower trim piece that goes around the window off. I got the top one and small one under the mirror off just fine, but this bottom one is a *****. I seems like there are 3 screws that hold it on, but the window is in the way for two of them. If I do need to take the front windows out, do they come out without drilling the rivets out for the window regulators? I won't even screw with them if that's the case...

I'm pretty sure you don't need to drill the rivets. the windows should come out rather easily. GL.

Those windows definitely have to be cut out. You have to get windo-weld REALLY hot before it will give way.

You already know damn well what's going on.
I'm scrapping this car in favor of a less-rusty shell.

There's a special tool from Rodney Dickman for the screws in the window moulding on the doors. I also found that a screwdriver BIT with a 7mm or whatever wrench worked too. Just jam the bit between the window and the screw and rotate with the wrench. Still TIGHT, but it works.
You can get a head start on the rear quarter windows from the inside with an olfa knife. That usually makes it easier for the wire to slide through. I would avoid welding wire as you cant bend it to wrap it around anything for pulling, but piano wire works well if you can find it.
There's also 2 styles of rear windows. The older style the exterior quarter window trim attaches using xmas tree style clips. The newer style it's sandwiched in there. PITA.
