This Iam sure is going to sound silly. Ive got a 1994 beretta z26  that had a 3.1 in it  which  is no good, the 1989 gt has a good 2.8 in it I was wondering will it go in to the 94 with out any major problum? wiring ect please let me know and thank you  much

nope.  Find another 3100 or 3400.  You dont want to try putting that 2.8 in there plus it just doesnt make sense.

It would be a pain to make the swap, you would have to change the computer, wires and the exhaust will not bolt up. I know the trans is not the same, but am not sure if will bolt up or not. As Wicked-irocz said, I'd go with a new 3100. Crate Engine Depot has them for about 2G's remanufactured by GM.
