Fine scratch on windshield

hey yal, i have this skratch on my windshield from the wiper blades. the person who oned it before me didn't know when to change the wiper blades.....lol. I was just wondering if their is a rubbing compound or something that i might be able to fix it up abit or do i need to get a new windshield???

yes toothpaste works pretty well--also works extremely well on plastic lenses like instrument clusters---just takes alot of elbow grease

what kind of toothpaste? like gel or paste or what? thats awesome! i'm gonna have to tell my patients about that one
