Wish I would have thought of recalls on my 90GT. The seatbelts were not working and there was a recall on it. Looks like GM had alot of trouble with seatbelts on the older cars. Here is a link http://www.recall-warnings.com/auto-cat ... RETTA.html

Go to the site a click on your year. Then it's best to do as Cliff said. You may have to pay for labor, but the parts are free(last time I looked my seatbelts were like 250 each and there is no recall on them for the 95).
