Canuck springs
My girlfriend likes the ride of my 95 base. The springs are making the body roll too much for me. I have Eibach springs on my 04 Cav and GR2's. She doesn't like the ride, so I'm looking to see if Canuck springs would be good for the Beretta. I've looked at Intrax and like their spring rates, but the 1.8 drop sounds like too much(it's very hard to get a jack under the Cav now). The Eibachs drop is 1.2 and the Canuck is 1.6. Does anybody have the Canucks or know someone that does? The info I'm looking for is: how they ride, any problems and how they perform.

They are good for just normal DD'ing around. Not that great for auto-x or eventful turns.

Thanks 1988GTU. I don't think I'll ever autoX, but I would like to take a step up from stock.

Yep, that's what they are. Better than stock, but not as good as eibachs.

Asylum said that he thinks the Canuck springs are more stiff than the Eibachs on his other car. With what he said and the fact that the Canucks 1.6 drop is a bit too much I'm not sure I'd be happy with them. Thanks to Asylum, G9T2Z and 1988GTU for your help on this.
If there is another brand out there that I have missed feel free to post here.

I think Eibachs are the only springs that least lower the car.
I am unaware of any other brand that lowers same or less with a softer ride.... Unless you use GTZ springs.
GTZ springs probably would lower the V6 car a tad and give you the same or slightly better handling (by handling I mean stiffer) .

That may work if they can take the weight of the V6 with no loss in handling abilty and would fit a 95. I could be wrong, but if I remember right they won't fit.

That's right they probably will not fit. I forgot about your current year. So use to you having your older retta' (rip) .

If you had an earlier model you can get stiffer canuks by ordering race springs for a sunbird (1.3" drop front and rear) I had been talking to the owner on Ebay a few times and they are the same springs for the older berettas.

If you put in a older model rear axle with the right perches couldn't you get it to work?

when you put in the new springs that axle is only held in by like two bolts, and the brake lines. it wouldn't be too hard. I did it on my 88 so I could put in a axle with the holes in it for double sway bays. that would help you out there too! get a z-51 bar while your at it!
