Head rest - how to uninstall from drivers seat

Is anybody here who can tell me the secret, how to disassemble the head rest from the front seat(s)?
Your hint will be highly appreciated.

You need to pull the cover up on the back portion of the seat till you can get your hand to where the head rest sliders are, there are two clips in there that prevent the rods from fully extending, pull those out and the headrest will come off.
