Thanks everyone!! We just moved into a house that we are renting as well. It is a pretty sweet place with a huge 2 car garage. I still don't have any Internet yet and stuck with it on my phone.
I proposed out on the beach in Atlantic city nj. The weather was actually pretty nice so it worked out really well.
As far as going to Bfest every year that should not be a problem. After last year my entire family wants to go next year including my parents. My dad even got a trailer hitch and flat bed trailer so we can tow it.
