odd question damage after theft attempt

well there have been a theft attempt on the car and the former owner made a solution just for the moment..but he has removed the thing where to put the key when starting..

so what do i need??Do i buy the entire cover under the steering wheel..and how about the lock..how do i do to make the cars key fit the lock??

Whats the best way to fix this?

Buy a new ignition lock & keys from http://www.rockauto.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, should be pretty cheap.

M/TRNS means 'Manual transmission'
