Re: 5-Speed Shift Cables.
Am I seriously the first one to just GOOGLE custom shift cable's? That wasn't very hard and when it comes to it, this is what we'll have to end up doing... including for our e-brake since all that stuff is also going out the window.
Re: 5-Speed Shift Cables.
I did but it brought me to tons and tons of auto shift cable kits for muscle cars and stuff. I will look into this more.
Re: 5-Speed Shift Cables.
Okay, I am now talking with a rep from push pull. I will most likely be sending a cable out to them to be re-produced in a much beefier design.
Shift cable only for now. Select dosent need to be as strong.
Any interest in a group buy? They may be able to swing us a group deal.

Re: 5-Speed Shift Cables.
Yeah I googled and couldn't find crap but for automatic stuff.
Keep us posted Barry. Prices, and what they are etc. Stock drop in? or ??
How come the select one doesn't wear out, it's shorter throw but feels like a lot more tension on the cable.. Is it just cause the select gets "rammed" harder by the dirver?

If you see the way I rip on my shifter you will see. The select has pretty much no work to do. My trans needs a good rip to shift above 6k

Re: 5-Speed Shift Cables.
You guys look online and expect to find something for a 5-speed? It says "CUSTOM CABLES" call them and then they would make whatever you want... obviously you've taken this step this time, but if they say on their website we'll make any shift cable you want then I'm baffled why you never just thought to call.

The sites I was getting were not custom cable manufacturers. Your google-fu is better!

Barry I in for a buy. I need some for my project.
MB I looked up that D&M Auto Parts and I used the P/N 6202182 - BALKAMP and googled the balkamp and found a site from Napa. I would advise you to check it out. They will send you catalogs.
