well i changed the alternator, and it ran amazing then it quit on me again, so im goin to try and see if i can find wires shorting out from the crank sensor.

Look at the top of the diagnostic section... There are both the OBDII and OBDI list.

well i got it running it was pcm, i took out my PROM from another pcm and switched it and it ran after

There is also a knock module in the prom so it might have been that
