Fly wheel interchange

Post by jkh6868 »

Think I know the already but figured I'd cross reference. I was hoping to change a 3.1 over to a 5spd. Has anyone used a flywheel and harmonic balancer off a 2.0 or 2.2L on a 60* v-6
The manual 6's are fairly scares in my area.
chao.

The balancer will most likely not work. However the flywheels should be just fine.

So would you need a high torque starter? Or just more CCA?

'92 3500 GT gone and not really missed. It was fun. Documented 13.47 N/A.
