Asylum...your ZIP has letters in it! How do you punch that in at the gas pump? haha
GOOD QUESTION!! Kerri and I ran into that problem on the way to Albany last summer.
What a PITA!

Didn't you have to go inside and have them process the card on their machine, THEN go pump? I remember hearing about that.

No I went to the next station. It was on the interstate and the place was a ZOO!

It's not all stations, or at least it wasn't.

Only ran into it once.

Motor is built!

Rodney is CRAZY!

The '99 and earlier timng chain set is 100X stronger than the 3500 stuff. Kudo's to Lil'Jon on that info!

It will be running tomorrow and I have to admit the WOT heads are pretty impressive!

The 3400 head gaskets on a 3500 are stupid close, but they'll work.

Did I mention Rodney is CRAZY??

..........And yes I have pics of the ordeal so far.

But then I NEVER work on my car do I??? ROFL! :runsies:

They are on the camera, and I left it at the garage and even at that, I have never been very good at getting pics posted.

But I'll let everyone know how it runs, good or bad!

IT'S ALIVE!!

Drove it from the swap site to my garage this evening. (A couple of miles)

You N/A Guys better be "ascared"!

Still has a couple of issues, but damn it! It feels nice and I'm loving this FA1B converter Billy came up with.

The trans is smokin' crazy hard! The engine started right up and now Rodney gets to play computer games with it.

Gonna be a fun summer!

Well as of now there is no NorthEast on the calendar.

I'm going to spend some time this week looking at what is available throughout the region and then post up some ideas.

But the 3500 will be in Chicago in June.

Went for a very short drive today to check for a coolant leak.

Found that and have the parts to fix it.

This car is FAST! 3500 to 6500 is just STUPID! (Second gear at 30 mph left 50' of solid rubber on the street, car went straight, and even the 2-3 shift at very low 5000 RPM is Goodyear Eagle F-1 tire chirping!)

And Rodney hasn't even started on it.

The old man is Happy!

Rodney is going to make this silly puppy just sing!

Eric take it easy on that thing and let it break in first. You will have all the time in the world to get on it after that. Sure would hate to hear that it was dead after 30k. That happened to a friend of mine.

Waiting for pics too.
