Instrument guage cluster not working Fuse Blown

My 90 Beretta GTZ just blew a fuse for the instrument panel. Non of the gauges work except the speedometer.
I replaced the fuse, but it instantly blew again. Has anyone had this trouble or heard of a common problem on this vintage of beretta?

Might want to pull the cluster and see if the fuse will blow again once installed. What is the fuse number that's blowing and what else is on that circuit? Its never just one item.
