oh oh oh! I've got and ASC power sunroof on my 87! It still works awesome too! Great to have open when cruising down the Pacific Coast Highway.

I want a power sunroof, but everyone I ask about it tells me not to do it.

As long as you have a good installer, it's not a bad thing to have.

I think mine was a dealer installed option. It's been there for decades. Here I thought I was the only one with one.

Where did they install the button? On forests they just cut a hole in the headliner, instead of a dash button, or at least install it in the map lights.

Same with mine. They cut a whole up in the headliner.

I would think if I was to get one installed I would want them to run the wire down the door piller under the carpet and to the center cons.

I found this site and topic while looking for info on this Beretta Shark for sale. Strange that no one had heard of one before and this second one pops up not far from the topic's poster. Possible some local dealer that did it? Figured you guys would want to see this.

Has the power moon roof as well and claims it was a rare GM promo model.

That would be the original poster selling this car. The only special thing about it is that in 88 GM apparently had C&C add in this feature (shoddily I might add) to some select cars and I regret to inform him that at almost 200,000 mile it's not worth close to that asking price. The ground effects are still a dealer add on to try and make the car more sporty to get it sold.

As much as I agree with Patrick, that C&C sticker in the trunk probably adds $1000 of BS to some poor NOOB who will believe the car is something special.

Wow, I've seen two Beretta's myself that have had power sunroofs. My friend Eric's old 1996 Cayenne Red Z26 (with a base front bumper, it's still around somewhere), and a 1990 Black GTZ I saw at Gibsons in Neenah (pictures following).

Two things. That's not a C&C installed roof, and they scrapped that car before I could get parts off of it. Those map pockets were so much nicer then mine.....

I would have taken some more interior parts if it hadn't been jammed so close to the other cars, and if I had known of someone who wanted them. I took the overhead console. And yeah I figured the roof wasn't C&C, just thought I'd post it as it was interesting. Up until then I had never seen any Beretta with a power sunroof.
