This is going to be my DD rain, shine or salty roads. I expect that it will revert to showing its rusty tendancies within a few years. That's OK. Just buying some time until I get the quasar GTZ fully restored. That ones the keeper. Absolutely solid CA car with not even a hint of rust even on the paper thin rockers. There are pics of the quasar GTZ on my photobucket site.

Plus I expect that by the time I get the quasar car done I will have found something else as a daily driver. Actually I won't have a choice since at that point I won't want to bring it out unless weather permits. I've been missing the C3 truck I sold a month or so ago. Might just have to watch out for another truck to take the place of the yellow GTZ when it starts looking haggered again.

California cars FTW!!!

But it does seem a shame to do all that work and drive it in the salt.

That is the reason I keep my Jeep, and I will be looking for a replacement home for the 3500/3t40 over the winter.

Perhaps "another" road trip. WOOHOO!

'91 California Quad (Gone with just a bit of "Seller's Remorse".)
'92 3500 GT gone and not really missed. It was fun. Documented 13.47 N/A.
