hilarious race with amazing outcome.
my buddys all stock 5 speed 1.6l vtec with an intake ONLY. Then on the other side an automatic 2.4l scion tc. honda spun out 1st finally grabbed in second on the cinders and the scion hooked up and went. at roughly a 1/4 mi., the honda was nose to nose with the scion. funny as hell cuz the girl in the scion thought she was tough crap. she was almost in tears because the honda caught up and stayed with her. hahahaha i was in my car just thinkin oh the little stock honda that could. lol

the funny part was that his honda actually caught up an kept with this scion. and the girl driving the scion was all oh im gonna smoke that honda blahblahblah. it wasnt exciting just more funny to watch. i guess you just had to be there. and the amazing part was they were nose to nose at the end. yes it was a stupid little street race.

I guess when you think about it though... a 1/4 mile street race with those cars is about as equivilant as merging onto the highway... Top speed was probably 70-75mph...
LOL
And at the same time, we do not have a "street racing" section for reason so lets please keep this stuff off the board since it will always result in a flame fest.

It was SO Hilarious when I was in a box, and I was racing this other box DOWNHILL. AND then we hit the bottom and that little brat beat me. I should have stuck with a UPS box instead of IKEA....
