Yes it is, it doesnt really go up and down, but can be tilted either way2.2H8TA wrote:Is yours adjustable like that?

lol.. it does go up and down like 1/2 inch but if i lower it on my car the tips are close to the body, prob wouldnt look half as bad with the tips off or upward facing
