hmm, I must say that after all of the worrying most of us did for him, we should be hearing more from him... there are many people who respect him here and it sucks that he cannot speak for himself here at the moment.. I am not owed any money, but $10 vs someone's physical health, I would wait. As for the statement about "us beretta fans" not buying a beretta, I doubt that will quell interest in the Cali GTZ.. if we are indeed cold shouldered, which seems to apparently be the case, then we shall move on.. 3X00-Modified said it right, we have been cold shouldered, even those of us who never gave him crap about anything, so if he's willing to ditch the best online beretta community just over something trivial involving a small amount of the people on this forum so be it... yeah 3X00-Modified, you definitely tried your hardest to find out if he was ok, you shouldn't feel bad at all about doing your job as a moderator if the action is required... nobody is above the laws/rules of the forum.

and who is this ""person"" who keeps replying for him...? I thought he was posting himself on the jbody site... it's a person pet peeve to have someone answer for somebody else.. it just pisses me off..

Your last question is partly what I can't answer. Since I posted last on here I've received an email from Barb, and to answer one part of the question she was his current g/f at the time of the NE fest, and I'm assuming through all of these issues she has stuck around to help him. BUT I do not know if it is her or HIM posting on J-body and thats what erks me... If it is him posting on J-body then why not a simple post here stating he is OK, or is being treated for whatever health issues he currently has, and he will resolve any overdue payments and merchandise issues... But we get nothing. Thats where I feel the cold shoulder aspect... I'm not saying he is not capable of resolving these payments and whatnot, I just feel a bit shoved off... Hell I invited him to my Wedding, and then I hear he is posting on J-body because thats where his "friends are" that was a bit harsh and a wake up if you ask me.

BTW Summitbalt, Barb has told me that she attempted to ship the radio 3 times now and its come back every time, so I'm not sure what you have for a contact, but I would attempt to get a hold of her and clarify your address.

My God folks. I'm just a sick old man.
Some days are better than others.
The chemo and cryo are hell.
The radiation is almost a treat.
Every issue to the best of my knowledge has been addressed by Barb.
The 3500 car is for sale or will be parted. NOBODY on here is going to buy a Canadian car, so I had Barb list it on the Ontario J Body site.
The Quad is locked away and it may be there for a while. NO BODY is going to pay anywhere near what I have in the paint alone, let alone a rust free original quad.
I mean no offense to anyone. It's been difficult, but that said I guess I left too much to Barbie.
She did the best she could.
And Jon. Thank you for everything. I certainly meant no disrespect at all.

Thank you for the reply Eric, It is much appreciated. We can understand the purpose of listing the car on the J-body forum only; due to location, It was just the fact that you were showing activity there when people had many questions here going unanswered. That was the reason for the confusion and upset by some.

Eric,

Glad you are able to keep pulling through your health conditions, and I hope to know that you recover in full health.
Currently, I am asking you to find out where we stand with our current matter at hand. I am willing to work with you for an offer agreement you may have, but we need to discuss it first.

I gave my address twice just like i did to numerous places.. I received my Static-X cds from Amazon no problem, i got my KYB stuff from Summit Racing no problem etc etc... Did she forget to put USA in the address?

Anyways, i have a paypal account now and if it would make it easier to just send the money to that let me know.

I've been robbed blind for way more than $10 though in the past.. by users on ebay/amazon.. yes his profile should eventually (I use that a bit loosely), eventually should be penalized if he doesn't fix the issues and refund the correct money... Health factors are a major concern, but since his significant other seems to be responding to these ads, maybe she could take care of all the issues.. I don't buy the whole "we sent it you must have the wrong address" excuse, because many well established members of this site are having the same communications problems.. I am not being insensitive in any way, just logical and opinionated... It sucks he is sick, I do understand that, and my wishes go out to him and his family.. The point of all this is though, no matter what, that there are rules in this community and every one of us needs to respect and obey them.
