Want some new struts? What brand springs to buy? How much camber to run? What brake pads? What's the best setup for your situation....

A quad & v6 aren't much different weight-wise...it's the 5spd/auto that are quite different.

Stick with the FE7.

The FE7s direct action on the struts is much preferred for a sharper turn in. The FE3 is a plow bar in comparison. My car rotates alright, but that's because of all of the other mods.

1988 Z51 GTUs actually had an even larger front bar... 32mm. I bet that thing made for hella plow on cars that came with the auto.

To run such a large front bar you also need a better rear bar... I think the factory Z internal bar plus the Addco rear is a nice combination with the 30mm front.

I think the 30mm bar is excessive up front. These cars understeer pretty bad. Its rare that I ever get oversteer in the beretta.

The fe7 bar is probably not as stiff and thats why it may work better

Kurt you are right about the 88 Z51. I just happen to have one sitting in my dads shop. Its a whopping 32mm! Weighs a freakin ton, but without the double rear sway bar setup like im running, its a worthless bar. I would also say that the 32mm front bar with the internal and addco would make for one flat ride!

Stiffer or not, the FE7 bar just *feels* better. The steering feel just isn't the same on the FE3.

Agreed. If I have time, I'm putting my FE7 bar on before BFest.
