1993 Quasar Quad $1200

Post by Kyle Anderson »

I was looking at buying a daily driver and found this GTZ. I'm not quite ready to buy anything yet, but maybe someone here is...

Looks to be in good shape.

Yeah, it's to that point. I moved to a big city, and the car is just plain hard to drive here. 500/600 pound springs, rebuilt shocks with 15 weight fluid, 205/40/17 tires with an extra stiff sidewall, and being 1.5" off the ground make this car a bitch to drive anywhere, especially on the shitty streets here. I've thought about going to a more tame wheel/tire combo and softer springs, but that's what makes my car what it is. Google "Kyle Anderson Z3" and you'll find people in Europe talking about the car... I don't want to lose that presence.

Looks ok paint wise, but rust is most likely present underneath, and alot of it. I've seen what NE winters do to rettas, detroit winters are most likely worse, and just look at that gas door. Has good mileage though and the drivetrain may not be as beat as most. Still a nice car, and worth saving, at that price.

My retta is a NE Retta and it only has a few rust spots ^.^... Just a few exhaust mounts that rusted off hahaha
