best springs?

best springs?
What is the best set of lowering springs for our cars I have a 95 Z also what are the best shocks to go with them?

The most popular combination is Eibachs and KYB struts and shocks.
I have them on my GTZ and they are pretty sweet.
My 3500 GT has Canuck Motorsports springs and the KYB set up. VERY low and pretty stiff.

this thread is old but i just started thinking about it. the last car i had was 15 years ago. at 16 couldnt have card less what it took to drop just as long as it was
. what all do i need for about an inch drop?
