Re: SHARE YOUR BFEST PICS HERE!!!!
Gotta say Kurt. Your car looks absolutely BADASS from this angle. Lowered, rainguards and a solar wing do wonders for the mean stance of these cars. LOVE this shot.

BMan's car still looks pretty slick.

Well the park is listed on the website and forum's, Only the hotel is the secret location... so he could have simply saw the posting on Bnet about the park and decided to show up.weba wrote:So, did that^ guy manage to sell anything? All that trouble hauling that stuff over there.. and how did he even find there in the first place?
Re: SHARE YOUR BFEST PICS HERE!!!!
First, allow me to apologize for the drunken crazy guy. He called my cell phone, how he got the number I will never know, and asked about where the event was. Figuring that he was simply a late comer, Mr. Pride and myself gave the go ahead to give him the hotel information. The understanding of course was that if he wanted a shirt or to eat during the picnic, he would need to cough up cash. Thank God he never showed up there! How he found out where we were in the park I have no idea. As for allowing a drunken idiot to attend our function? How was I supposed to know that he was such a loser with a mere phone conversation. He mentioned that he had a car for sale and wanted to bring it out to show everyone. Again, a phone conversation does not lead one to believe that the guy is a drunk, his car is in moldy pieces and that he is still stuck in the 80's. Again, my apologies. I'm just glad that he saw it fit to leave the park once he realized that we did not want him there.
Thank you for the thank yous! There is a big difference between feeding nearly 30 people and watching them leave with full tummys and content smiles and actually being told "thank you". I will admit that I was rather upset with the lack of verbal gratitude I received on the taco nights. However the thanks in this thread are very appeasing. You're welcome. Oh and Jon, thanks for the shorty sixer! It was the only donation received.
Lastly, I have my own fair share of photos and film that I will try to post up soon.
See you all next year!

And a few of us did donate some $$ for the food!!!

Mostly you meet friends when traveling by accident, like by sitting next to them on the train, or in a restaurant, or in a holding cell.
