I'm going to guess it will be somewhere near Albany.

You need to be local to organize one of these things.

I tried last year and it was not great. Ok I suppose, but the hotel was bordeline and the track sucked. It's just too hard to do from 100's of miles away when you can't actually visit the places and people involved.

We could try to organize a small meet in ontario, Maybe on a cscs weekend, we'll discuss it withing the 4 of us that know each other well, and see what we come up with.

We did B'Fest Ontario in 2008. Horrible experience with all the false info about passports and all.
Scared alot of people away!

As far as something here, it's been done, tried and somewhat fun depending on where and when. CSCS is natural, but for another thread.

How'd you guys like PA last year? Poconos are nice? Pocono weekend? I'm not a nascar guy, but that might be cool, very short notice though, as it's only a couple weeks away. Maybe next year? Either way, wherever it is, I plan on attending this year, with both berettas. I'm just not goin' up to canada, and i can't make it to indy either. Anywhere in the norheast region of the states, I'm there. CAN'T WAIT!

Has anything been further decided on NE 2011? I know a few strips around here that are pretty decent, but the road course sounds like it could be tons of fun. I plan on being there no matter where it is.

PA last year was okay. Track was not my favorite though...

Sept? Where? I need to know? Who decides? I'm in NEPA, I can contact pocono... Watkins glenn? (road course) Like I said before, anything in the states, I'm down, and can't wait. Sucks you had that passport issue Asylum, things be crazy these days man.

We did one around 2002 and 2003 in Springfield, MA and stayed in Enfield, CT. We had a good turn out both years and a lot of fun.

Obviously I can't set this up without having STRONG Interest and possibly 10-15 cars... But if anyone wants to do a Track rental you can rent part of this track and set it up for 1.53mile road course/autox setup.

I have no idea what the price is but I'm sure if I called and said 5 cars would be interested the would probably laugh at me. So unfortunatley with how this group operates I don't really see this happening.

The next CSCS Event at Cayuga, (Toronto Motorsports Park) is Aug 21st.
