aftermarket fenders?

Post by ShaneLT(ShaneZ26) »

Found this on Andy's autosports.

I don't think of looks that bad. Not the vent I would have chosen but still not bad.

Pricey tho.

I just hit rockauto. They have one of the fenders, CAPA certified, for 31 bucks. RT Front.

No lefts. And they have 4 left of those. Not too bad a price. Hell the bumper cover I just bought for my caravan was CAPA certified and only cost me 62. Insane. Dealer wanted nearly 500.

Those fenders wont fit your car, they are pieces of crap and completely the wrong size.

Get ready to go crazy trying to get them to line up.

Technically, if they are CAPA cert, they should be oem fit, but yes, they could be problematic, even I know that there is always a chance of getting parts that are not quite the same.. And since there were only 4 left and only one side...

Honestly you will do better to hit a couple junk yards and try to find you a replacement that way. www.carparts.com and www.car-part.com are some examples of online used parts. Can't hurt to look. Do some searches.

Im not talking about the ones youre talking about Ace.

The fenders in his link (which is bad, but ive seen the fenders before) are fiberglass fenders with vents in them. They are horrible.
