best 1/4 mile time ever?
What is the best 1/4 mile time anyone has ever got in a Beretta? And what engine did they have and what mods to the engine/car were made?

12.52@117 iirc that was Rodney with a turbo 3500 5-speed 11PSI. I'm right behind him with a 12.67@107 and i have a 3400/3500 hybrid 4t60e auto with cam Nitrous headers.
Loner 94 Corsica 13.075@111 with 15psi 3400/3500

11PSI He did however have trouble keeping the 3500's together. IIRC he broke a counter weight off the crank on one and disintegrated a piston on another. I think I can honestly say I'm the only one other than Loner who ran a 13.075 to keep my car in one peice and still be using my first motor built to go this fast... Loner kept his motor together but he kept blowing up 4t60e's. He never "Built" one, just kept running JY ones.Shanez26 wrote:What's his psi at?
I'm sure I could be in the 11's if I wasn't so worried about keeping my parts inside my car... LOL 200 shot anyone?
Dusty has a xls spreadsheet going of the best recorded times.

So not a fair comparison...Kris GTwhat? wrote:A local to me runs a consistant 10.3. Rwd of course.
Its RWD which means its a V8 swap and tubed chassis and roll cage and all... Its a dragster that looks like a beretta.Shanez26 wrote:What's he got done to it?

As I noted, the fastest active members are on Dusty's list... Anyone outside the bnet community I have no idea. I know there was one turbo'd 3400 on 60degreev6 in a beretta but I do not know what his best times were.
I'm the fastest stock type listed on dragtimes.com and the 60degreev6.com user is just below me, but I'm not sure if that was his best or not.
