What power shall stay the light bulbs in size and turn signals?

Do you mean Watts?
The turn and tail bulbs average 25W each. 1156/1157 or 2156/2157 will work

I have a rear brake works like a brake and turn signal. Are the light bulbs 21 \ 4.
Correctly?
I with the lights blinking no right collar and left running
