I've got something clunking too. It has new endlinks this year and the struts/springs have been replaced, so I'm not sure what it is. I have an alignment appt for Monday. I've been rocking the DIY alignment since May...

changed the pcv valve. looked like original equipment. nasty.

First night delivering in the 3400 Z went well.. besides on the second to last delivery something with the exhaust came loose so it got loud so I had to take the Cobalt on the last delivery.

Clunking like you two are hearing = ball joints or lower control arm bushings. Simple.

Not so simple. All of my stuff is new and I still get a pop from time to time... haven't narrowed it down quite yet.

I'm about to order new tierod ends, ball joints and strut tower mounts to get rid of the damn clunking.. Even if my most of my suspension is just 2-4 years old, tie rod ends are the original ones..

If it still clunks after that, I'm going to crush it :D

Yup. All my stuff is new too, even the tie rod ends. My LCA bushings are poly though, and a Del-A-Lum would be a nice upgrade there...

Messed with the radio in the 3400 Z and found a cd that was stuck in it..

The best Hootie and the Blowfish 1993-2003..

Can't complain about that!!! It's better than finding a Michael Jackson cd in it or something lol
