Like 12 best but if you take it again in another week or so the fall colours should be amazing in the background.

OT: Ace, I read the thread title and clicked on it thinking this thread was just for the calendar pics and thought the first page of pics were gonna be your submissions. "I was like W. T. FFFFUUUUUUUU?!??!?"

I figured why waste the thread. But do any of you later posters have a top three? lol

And yeah, I still haven't felt like I hit the money shot yet. Kinda irking me off. But I like a few of these.

Yeah I still gotta power wash the rubber and such off the doors from Epping last weekend then up on jackstands she goes and I start in on fixing my trunk leak and coating everything back there. And possibly building a new exhaust.

At least you will be doing something to yours. I now have two to mess with and I doubt I will be able to make time to work on this one. Ah well. Need to get back to cracking on the rear tail LED work.

A few small updates.

Picked up a set of clear markers and front clear signal lamps for the Z. Also getting Euro conversions for the tails, have to rebuild the driver's side tail light to fix the center crack in it, polish both the lights and the rear filler, etc. Though I might be replacing the rear filler with an earlier set of clear fillers, that I also plan to modify heavily. We will see on that though depending on time to do the builds.

Also need to find a decent set of later year visors in the grey color. If anyone has a set.
Not sure what else I need yet. The car was running fairly well.

Re: DTMAce's project - MAJOR picture updating going on today

Post by DTMAce »

If anyone cares, I have been going through ALL of my posts, starting with the very first page. I am now adding and revamping all the pictures in this thread, and fixing some of the glitches from past forum upgrades. Pictures are being re-sized from the originals to a larger 1024 width and pretty much every picture I have taken during this process. After getting nearly 60 done already just from the first page, I'm beat, but more will be done very soon. Enjoy everyone! There are MANY never seen before pics of the damage and other things, just hit the first page!

Dang I thought all this happened just a few years ago. Seems so fresh in my mind. ACE don't forget to black out the rear plate.

I don't need to black out the plate. That kinda of thing doesn't bother me.

And yeah, it was over 3 years ago... LOL Just thought it was time for updates, and some more pics. ;)

So many people see my plates EVERY day I'm still confused on why people think its necessary to block it out on a website.

Just in case someone tries to look you up in a bad way. It just makes it more easy to do so.

Show me a FREE website that will link my plate to me in any way. Even after that you have a lot more trickery you need to do to get any more usable info from the plate search, they wont just give anyone my address.
