What do I trq down the rocker arms for a 95 3100sfi

Its 89 inlbs and 30* so to do it right you would need a degree wrench.
95 is still the ball rocker stamped steel version.
60*'s info for the LG8 aka roller rocker style says 14ftlbs and 30*
