I didn't take anything the wrong way! I just stated (my opinion) on what I read in multiple other previous comments. I know why the mods on the car were done and what there intended use was for the "previous owner", but he is no longer the owner. All I was hinting at is that the changes that may or may not be done by the new owner will not deter from using it for as a daily driver. In case you forgot, check my sig! "88 Grand Am Coupe, Built Supercharged 3800 V6, Built 3 Speed Auto, LSD, 12.84 @ 112 (on pump gas and street tires)....!" I built an even more powerful, lighter and faster FWD GM V6, and I drove it every day for over 3 years year round in Wisconsin! I had the same 3 speed with a, similar stall, no TCC, upgraded clutches, LSD insert, shift kit, larger 3rd gear cup with extra clutches, etc (car was 4 tenths faster on stickies)... All it comes down to is the new owner of Asylum's car can do whatever he wants to do with it and make changes in whatever order he sees fit and use the car for whatever he wants to use it for! I'm sorry if this thread became about the car rather than Eric, but I am not the one that sent it in that direction! Thanks, and have a great Turkey Day! :D

*feel free to delete all the car talk in here, idc*

once again... I was explaining to the new owner why it was like that.

Do you see me saying don't change it back, or you can't because it can't be done? how much more clear can I be?

Jon, just lock the thread, I don't need all this back and forth about non-related stuff. To each his own, no one needs to be getting all rifled over nothing. lol

Eric will either turn up, or he won't. Not going to sweat it.

Damn son, did I quote what you said, NO! You're acting as if I was directing my comment specifically towards YOU, which I clearly state in the comment that I was not. Chill out! lol

Back on topic! I hope the old man is "physically" ok! If it's anything but that, who knows? Sh!t happens, people make mistakes, live and learn, blah blah blah...

I didn't lock the thread because I didn't want another one to pop up in a month. I also didn't delete the posts because people are babies. Fair warning, if any more crap gets posted in this topic about changes to the car, and not the state of Eric himself I am not going to be happy.

I'm willing to bet the payments that many of you mailed were cashed.... Funny how he was able to do that.

All tho everyone is thinking wtf, thats rude to say! Maybe he had a storke or his cancer treatment has taken its toll, none of us know. He help out alot of people thru the years maybe he has more importent thing to worry about then 20 year old car and some old parts. I know myself if faced with cancer i wouldnt give a flying carpet about a car or some old parts. Life is to short to sweat the small stuff.

Unlike some people who have posted in this topic Eric has gone through decent measures taking this car to various gatherings down here in USA. He also spent some money on the that car and had his bragging rights.

I want to know where he is.

Wow, way to totally lose sight of what is/was important.

Stop being so constantly defensive. Is misinterpreting your post on the internet, about the mods on someone else's car - reason to go into pages of replies?

Lighten up. Please. Pretty please, with NAWZ on top.
