sagging seat belts?

i'm curious of this also, i think they are pretty slow retrieval right from the factory though... maybe pull the door panel (or pillar), and check if there is lots of dirty/dust -stuff that shouldnt be there in and around the winder. i'm not sure if some lube is a good idear or not for the spinning mechanism...
