I thought about going to pull it today so I can swap it into my car, but then I checked the outside temp, and it's 9 degrees F! So I'm gonna say screw it and go back to bed!
How hard do you think it would be to grab that stereo mount and harness?

Easy if they didn't make a mess of the harness./

That dash looks like it has the same lower-ish bubble mine had, or its just the light. Either way it looks better than your popper dash =P.

I removed my battery, alternator and power steering pump today in order to replace all of them. I need to order a nice alternator, find a power steering pump and exchange the battery and put it all back together so I can drive the Beretta while the 4Runner gets a major tune up.

EASY!!!

I pulled fe7 rear springs from the yard today to put on tomorrow. I'll also be putting in the axle seals that i should have changed a couple weeks ago when i did the axles, struts, hubs, fe7 front springs. Oh, and punched myself in the eye!!! :Yahoo!:

In the next couple of weeks, i'll be installing the 2-turn steering rack i scored out of an SCX!!! :D

Since this happened to the Cobalt..

Now I'm driving the Aqua Z daily.. then last night a foglight went out in it.

So today I spend 3 hours removing the whole front bumper cover to fix the foglight (had a cracked lense) and a fresh oil change.

Within the next few days I'm going to replace the passenger seat track since its stuck and won't move forward or backwards.

Otherwise its running perfect and should be ok until everything gets figured out with the Cobalt.

You know, you can get to the fog light by just removing either the bottom plastic panel, or the headlight above it right? You do not have to remove the entire cover, providing its a stock installed light.

Yeah but I had to replace the lense too. It was cracked and had a chunk missing out of the glass part. That's why I had to remove the whole thing.

Trevor I'm fine, I didn't hit the truck all that hard. It's just that a steel truck bumper tore the hell out of the Cobalt lol

Doesn't matter. The unit is a one piece assembly, you don't take the lens/refractor out of its holder, you just unbolt the 2 bolts that hold the whole thing into the inner steel bumper. Once its out of the car, then you can disassemble it into its 2 main pieces, the adjuster/holder and the light assembly, which can also be further dismantled, as the glass is adhered to the refractor with black silicone. I should know, I have had to completely rebuild my current set. And you do not have to take the cover off. Its easiest from the bottom with the bottom black plastic cover removed, but often the screws rust in place, so next step is from above by removing the headlight/lights, and possibly the support panel.
