Unless you have a standing issue or you need to get a hold of Eric I suggest you just back out and keep out of this. Your little plugs from time to time are completely unnecessary and will net you a ban in the future.

I haven't bothered with attempting to contact him any more at this point. If he doesn't know by now that people have been trying to contact him, or have the means to contact me directly, I don't know what else to do really. Just hope he's ok at least. Last logged in visit from the account was on October 17th....

Ah well, just out 60 bucks is all. Would rather have that then hear he died or something serious. :(

Again, I'm not mad at him or anything. Just want to know what's going on.. That's it.

I understand what your saying but if you do not persue the issue any further then you'll never know whats going on.

Honestly if I were in your shoes I would call again till I got a straight answer.

I think we'll eventually get an update. I never knew or met him personally, but from what I saw on the boards and heard of him, an awesome and upstanding guy for sure! (albeit cranky at times :Rose: ) Hope all is well and that we hear from him soon.

I thought I knew Eric pretty well, and he was always good to me and I still hope all is well with him. But CBGT does have a point. Something is wrong here.

Did you ever hear anything back or try calling him again?

Actually, I should update this.

Eric talked with Jon while Jon was on his way to Bfest this year. Not only that, he gave Jon the leather wrapped steering wheel and Euro (or Indy) mirrors with the blue glass I was originally after. So in all fairness, my business with him has been concluded satisfactorily.

Now. I think the way some people tend to go off the deep end about it, and especially if they don't know all the correct information, is kinda annoying. The man is fighting cancer guys.

Some of you should be in those shoes, before getting too excited.

My only reason for putting this thread up was to try to find out what had happened and how he was, more than where the items I bought were. I was bummed that he wasn't able to come to Bfest again this year, but I understand why.

To the mods, I think this thread can be locked now, my original reason for posting is resolved. Thanks.

Yes I had the chance to visit with him on my way to bfest this year. He is doing ok but he's been in and out of the hospital a lot lately hence the reason why he cant just jump in his car and run over to the post office to mail something. Barb also tried to send Shawn's radio to him multiple times and every time it was returned... I had the box in my hand with the addresses on it. He also got that radio at Bfest. I'm surprised to see him post recently but at least that means he is still doing well.

Oh and some pics of his Mint Cali Quad with Pearl white paint.
