I have a 1995 Beretta z26 and I was wondering what the best engine I could put in it, thanks.

3400 is a bolt in.

I'd be careful how you say that... Its not exactly a "bolt in"... Its not as similar as a 3.1 MPFI is to a 2.8 MPFI...
