I think I'd take all of the weight out of the back, let a lot of air out of the front tires and unbolt the shocks in back.
Then I'd get going 25-30mph and STOMP the front brakes! Ideally, the van would roll over forward and end up the roof, skidding 100ft and taking out 10 ramshackle 8' tall bowling pins.
