Had the O2 bungs welded in...




Wideband and Narrow band in:
NB: ...I can actually use the wideband to simulate an output for narrowband, however I want to keep the 5V and 1V separate...

Ceramic coated the Downpipe...

Used some Autolite 104 plugs...Gapp'd to .040  

Yes I can feel it...yes I could taste it...

EWell unfortunately I am using 304 mild steel...thermal expansion on this things are more than stupendous...ASSuming I got a ceramic coat and any part of the manifold or "Y" cracks I will be ...ish outtaluck $1XX.xx...
It will be nice to use it on both the inner and outter walls though  
Actually If you had jet-hot do it they'd warranty that lol...

Hmm. What boost levels are you planning on running most of the time again?

i used some spray paint from checkers and is has ceramic in it but it says up to 1500 degrees if baked and i put it on my down pipe from the turbo and it has not ,melted off, but i have not tried it on the crossover pipe yet.

i have not check this in a while prooly since the 19th page, but not as many pics as before...*sad*

either way, still looking good.

What wideband sensor are you using?

I assume it came as a kit?

It is from PLX, but I believe the O2 is VW (6066)...
Trying to figure where the heck I am going to put the box and two gauges

That will nice piece to calibrate your injector controller.

Looking GREAT!!! When do you think it will be completed and what kind of numbers are you hoping for?

My axles and exhaust should be in by the end of the month. I shoul dhave the car tuned and dynoed by the middle of January.

I just finished my finals last weel thursday...so between now and new yrs...I am ONLY actually waiting for the xhaust catback...(trying to figure out the way I need to run it)...numbers? well I will rather not speculate at this time...

Update:

Saturday and today this bee was Beeeezy

I put some cheap as oil in it with some good 'ol marvel mystery oil...

finished the cooling system...had to play with some stainless steel tubing to get a perfect coupling...
