I'm very jealous,

I don't have the computational power to run such a game and probably won't for 5 years LOL Just like with D2, I showed up incredibly late to the party.

I'm running this game on a 9700m GT equipped laptop that's 4 years old and dad is running it on an AMD quad core running XP and an 8600 GTS....

I could probably play it on my P4 out in the shop that only has a HD Radeon 3850....

You might be surprised.

This laptop has integrated Intel graphics.

My other laptop had a dedicated card, but It died on me from overheating. SO now i'm stuck with this 1.6ghz dual core, 2GB Ram Asus :P

Asus for the win.

This one is an Asus ROG G50. Love it. Been able to play every game that I have thrown at it, even the newest ones.

I need to make an upgrade, but this has been a solid comp....while my Compaq had nice components, but crappy design and quality and would get hot really easy and slow down within minutes LOL I had to keep it on a cooler for any game I played.

So how's D3 so far!?

I've been eagerly awaiting it since I first finished D2 back in the mid-2000's LOL

Awesome, mid game right now, just taking a break while others are working their inventory.

Was that similar to the G71? Cause that was the top dog of the model I have now, only difference was it being a quad core vs a core 2 extreme, which is what I have in this one. Well the 6MB cache version of it anyway. LOL

All I know is, that it rocks pretty well. 9700M GT 512MB integrated. Damn thing runs between 165-175 F during in-game modes. But it will run like that for hours, never skips a beat. Not bad for a 4 year old laptop.

Game wise, you should try to get in on it. I wish the digital versions had the starter keys, like the box versions do at the stores, I would offer a couple out to you guys n gals.
