A new radiator alone should do the trick. Both my V6 Berettas never got past the half way mark in the summer and one of them had a radiator with 165k+ miles on it. I replaced the radiator on my 94 with a new one and the temp sensor never really went past the 1/4 mark.

I have run into thicker radiators. I have no information on this.

These cars are designed for a/c systems. Unless your using this in city driving or desert I am curious to why you would have cooling issues. Are you running lean?

I drove a 1995 with 3400/4T60e and maintained ice cold a/c and didn't run hot.

Yeah, look at the other, smaller factors before you go all in for a new radiator let alone a larger one. Do you have the 180* thermostat? Is your current radiator in good shape? Perhaps it has a bunch of dirt in the fins? Good coolant? Crimped or old hose? Add some Redline Water Wetter. I love the stuff. You have a Z... is all of the ducting in place properly? We had a member on our FB page talk up and down about her temp issues only to finally discover that she had one of the pieces of ducting blocking nearly a third of her radiator's surface area.

You could also have missing or damage Z04 ducting.

I had a few people express concern when I put the solid grill on my car. "Doesn't it run hot now!?!" Um, no, it runs just fine. I don;t understand how anyone could have coolant temp issues that aren't easily fixed. My car ran just over the 1/4 mark all the way to BFest this year. However when it is sitting in traffic it goes just over the halfway point, but then the fan kicks and it comes back down. Hell even the racecar doesn't run but just over the halfway point and it sucks dirt all day in the middle of a dry field in the hot sun!
