Thanks guys! I'm stuck waiting for the weather to dry up a bit so I can attack the rear and underbody with POR-15 and undercoat. My patience is growing tired tho.

Just an update on some of what's been done lately. Replaced the gas tank, fuel pump, sending unit, tank straps, entire fuel and brake line assy, rear shocks and mounts, and installed a rear shock bar.

Cleaned, sanded, POR-15'd and then layed down 2 coats of 3M rubberized undercoating on both sides of the trunk pan and rear wheel wells.

Then attacked the engine bay. Replaced the LIMG set and cleaned out the EGR port in the UIM, cleaned and painted the valve covers, blasted and powdercoated the blower housing and quite a few brackets including the hood latch assy. Replaced the AC condenser and recharged the system which has been a wonderful thing this summer.

There's probably more I'm forgetting but I'll post those later.

I put a set of those lines on my car. Worked great!

I had a 1991 Firebird Formula 350 that someone did that too as well...

I tried to weld a new panel back in but the welder I was using was just too hot and was burning right through. I decided to cut the hole a tad bigger to clean up the edges and then cut a slightly larger panel to go over top - I then drilled holes for rivets and put a bead of silicone around. Worked just fine.

I dont have an issue with people doing this to save some time, my issue is with the idiots who dont take the extra time to seal it back up right. It's so simple to do.

Anyway, this car was sold a while back, there's a 16 year old girl a few towns away now driving it around.
